What is the Cancellation Policy?
We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment without penalty.
If you need to make changes, please email our office or use the patient portal to inform us as soon as possible.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before your scheduled appointment will be subject to a charge equal to the full cost of the visit.
