PRESCRIPTION MEDICATIONS

State and federal regulations prohibit the return of prescription medications once they have been dispensed by the pharmacy.
Once your payment has been processed and your package has been transferred to the carrier (USPS, FedEx, or UPS), all sales are final.

You may log into your WellevateHealth.co account before shipment to update your address, modify your payment method, or cancel your subscription.

If your prescription arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our Patient Care Concierge at (561) 623-3013 or support@wellevatehealth.co. Our team will promptly assist you.


NON-PRESCRIPTION (OVER-THE-COUNTER) PRODUCTS

Wellevate Health accepts returns of unopened, non-prescription items within 30 days of purchase.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and COD returns are not accepted.

To initiate a return, please contact our Patient Care Concierge at (561) 623-3013 or support@wellevatehealth.co, including your order number, reason for return, and product name.

Wellevate Health reserves the right to deny a return if products are not in their original condition or appear tampered with or opened. Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

 


LOST PACKAGES

In the rare event that your package is lost during transit, Wellevate Health will reship your prescription or non-prescription order after confirming the issue with the carrier (USPS, FedEx, or UPS).

While delivery delays may occur due to weather or carrier constraints, rest assured that our products are non-refrigeratedand remain stable during extended transit times.

If your package is lost or fails to arrive at the provided address, please contact our Patient Care Concierge at (561) 623-3013 or support@wellevatehealth.co for resolution.
