What is Wellevate?

Wellevate Health is a telemedicine practice that provides patient-centered care through licensed U.S. healthcare providers. We offer evaluation, treatment, and ongoing support for wellness, hormone health, weight management, and general primary/urgent care needs. All care is delivered in accordance with state medical regulations and clinical guidelines.

To begin, book an initial consult to speak with a medical provider on the link “schedule a consultation”. A licensed U.S. healthcare provider will review your information to determine whether the selected treatment is medically appropriate.

If additional information is needed, your provider may request clarification, schedule a video visit, or initiate a secure chat, depending on state requirements.

If treatment is appropriate, the provider will issue a prescription to a pharmacy of your choice. Medications are dispensed and shipped by the pharmacy, not by Wellevate.
Your provider will also give instructions for follow-up care and monitoring.

The cost depends on the service selected. Each service clearly lists its consultation fee, and any medication costs are determined by the dispensing pharmacy.

We do not charge hidden fees. Patients will always see pricing before completing a visit.

Can I use my health insurance?

We do not accept insurance. We believe an individual’s access to quality care should not depend on a third party’s opinion. Wellevate has removed the barriers traditional insurers can cause and replaced them with transparency and convenience. Our prices for your doctor consultation and medication are industry-leading and oftentimes cheaper than using insurance.

Yes. Each doctor you interact with is licensed to prescribe medicine and treat patients in the state you live in. This allows you to get the medications you need, on your schedule, hassle-free.

Yes. You can choose to use your local pharmacy and our doctors can send your prescription to them. However, the cheapest pricing and most convenient option will be through Helios Meds’s network of affiliated pharmacies. We cannot guarantee drug pricing at your local pharmacy.

You will be billed for your medication when the medication is shipped based on the treatment plan you select.

Yes. We take protecting your information seriously. Please read our Privacy Policy for details.

We treat patients 18 years of age and older. If you are younger than 18 years of age, please seek treatment from a local primary care physician.

In case of an emergency please call 9-1-1.

State regulations require that our medical providers see who we are treating. That is why we may ask you to take a picture of yourself and your photo ID.

Ordering

Where does Wellevate offer service?

Wellevate offers service in the United States only but based on the therapy and medication being prescribed, there may be restrictions based on state. This will be disclosed and confirmed per therapy and as part of the intake process. 

You can change your method of payment at any time. Login to your Wellevate account and follow the prompts.

Click on the “Contact” section of this site and create a ticket. Our team will then review and get back to you to resolve your inquiry.

Once you complete the online visit, you’ll hear back from one of our US-based doctors in 24 hours (some States will require a live chat or video consultation). Orders will then be sent to the dispensing pharmacy and shipped.

Login to your Wellevate account and update your shipping address at any time. Once your medication is shipped and delivered, you can change your address for all future shipments.

Returns

How do I reorder or cancel?

Login to your Wellevate account and reorder or cancel at any time. You will be contacted before your medication is to be refilled and billed to your credit card. Your medication will then be shipped.

Federal and State law do not allow medication returns. Therefore, all sales are final. If you have a specific concern, please create a ticket in the “Contact us” section and we’ll get back with you.
